BULLING

The bulling is a phenomenon that has svilupped in last years among the children of 12-18 years old. In the bulling a person more big and strong than a other person target the more weak person. Often the bully walk with a group of friends because in this way he/she seems more important and strong than when he/she is lonly. The bully bullies the kid often for the their physique mocking. The bulling is very wrong because sometimes for this a lot of kids doesn't want exit to home because they are ashamed.

There are many cases of bullying in the UK but one of the most famous is this: A 14 year old student from London attempted suicide on June 1 2021 after falling into the darkness of depression following the abuse and harassment suffered by her classmates. She was saved thanks to the alarm raised by the friend she was chatting with, who immediately notified the police.

In fact, in a recent Istat report we read that over the past year more than 50% of children between the ages of 11 and 17 have suffered some offensive, disrespectful and/or violent episode from other boys or girls. 19.8% were frequent victims of bullying, they suffered them several times a month, and for 9.1% the acts of bullying were repeated on a weekly basis. The document also highlights that girls are more subject to harassment than boys (over 55% versus 49.9%) and the North records a greater number of victims (over 57%). The most common bullying consists of insults with bad nicknames, swear words or insults (12.1%), ridicule for physical appearance and/or the way of speaking (6.3%), defamation (5.1%), exclusion for their opinions (4.7%), aggression with pushes, blows, kicks and punches (3.8%).
