Street Art that Transforms

Título 1

1 · How is your neighborhood?

The Buenos Aires neighborhood is located in the eastern area of the city. It is a sector with spacious houses, belonging to the middle and upper-middle class.

2 · Is your neighborhood colorful?

If you take the route of the Ayacucho tram, a landmark of the city, you will see houses in vibrant and lively tones, as well as more neutral colors such as white, beige, and gray.

3 · Are there many graffiti or murals in your neighborhood?

Yes, some of the urban art pieces depict significant events, portraying the past and present with characters such as the athlete 'Mariana Pajón,' 'writers,' 'a woman sewing,' a silletero (traditional flower carrier), macaws, among others.

4 · Do you like them or would you erase them?

I love the graffiti in the Buenos Aires neighborhood. They are an important part of our culture and bring life to our streets. I wouldn't erase them for anything in the world.

5 · Would you add or change those representations

I believe that graffiti is a valuable form of art that reflects our community and its history. But I also value and respect the existing artworks.

6 · Reflection on your perception of those representations
