Steps to access Reservations reports
1. Log into the Alaris Portal 2. Select "Reports" 3. Select "Custom Reports" 4. From the drop down, select "Reservations"

Child ID
- Unique identifier that Alaris has assigned to specific child
- Not relevant to our reports
IGNORE
BOOKED
- This label is for members that don't fit into the other categories
- Overrides (for day passes)
- No Shows that have not been marked as No Shows
ATTENDED
This label is for members who: - Booked a reservation
- Completed a check in within their allotted time slot (YAY!)
Adult ID
- Unique identifier that Alaris has assigned to specific Member
- Not relevant to our reports
IGNORE
Booked Time
- Listed the time at which the reservation was booked by the member
- Not used for our data purposes
- Should be toggled off
No Shows
- This label is for members who do not show up for their previously booked reservations
- NOTE: In order to be properly categorized, member needs to be MANUALLY marked as a No Show in the Alaris Portal (after the 15 minute grace period)
Accurate data on Reservations allows us to have better insight into all aspects of Kids Club
Reservation Time
- Time frame parameters set for the report
- Allows you to look at a specific time frame
*Pull reports on a weekly basis for a high level awareness!
Facility
- Which club are you looking at?
- Pro Tip: Select all, unselect all, and THEN select the club you are looking for. (this ensures there aren't any other clubs sneaking in!
Cancelled
- This label is for members who have either:
- Cancelled their own reservation
- Arrived with only some of the children they had reserved spots for, and the Team Member cancels the other children.
