Steps to access Reservations reports

Status

IGNORE

  • Unique identifier that Alaris has assigned to specific child
  • Not relevant to our reports

Child ID

  • This label is for members that don't fit into the other categories
    • Overrides (for day passes)
    • No Shows that have not been marked as No Shows

BOOKED

This label is for members who:
  • Booked a reservation
  • Completed a check in within their allotted time slot (YAY!)

ATTENDED

IGNORE

  • Unique identifier that Alaris has assigned to specific Member
  • Not relevant to our reports

Adult ID

  • Listed the time at which the reservation was booked by the member
  • Not used for our data purposes
  • Should be toggled off

Booked Time

  • This label is for members who do not show up for their previously booked reservations
    • NOTE: In order to be properly categorized, member needs to be MANUALLY marked as a No Show in the Alaris Portal (after the 15 minute grace period)

No Shows

Accurate data on Reservations allows us to have better insight into all aspects of Kids Club

  • Allows you to look at a specific time frame

Reservation Time

  • Which club are you looking at?
  • Pro Tip: Select all, unselect all, and THEN select the club you are looking for. (this ensures there aren't any other clubs sneaking in!

Facility

  • This label is for members who have either:
    • Cancelled their own reservation
    • Arrived with only some of the children they had reserved spots for, and the Team Member cancels the other children.
