Harlem is an iconic district in New York, located in the northern part of Manhattan.
Introduction
Initially, Harlem was a rural area. Here happened "The Great Migration", a large migration that lasted util the mid 20th century.

In the 1920s and 1930s, the Harlem renaissance was born. We know this period especially for its cultural vitality. It was vbery important for black people for social inclusion.
