Quando estão cheias e o sol está brilhando, todas as lagoas são igualmente lindas. Se você programar sua visita na época certa de cada local, qualquer uma das bases vai proporcionar lindos passeios. Santo Amaro leva vantagem sobre as demais bases porque oferece mais lagoas – e algumas delas aguentam até o início de outubro com bom volume. Os passeios mais inesquecíveis são aqueles em que você pode caminhar e, subindo nas dunas mais altas, contemplar muitas lagoas ao seu redor – como o Circuito Emendadas em Santo Amaro e o Circuito Lagoa Bonita em Barreirinhas.
