what kind of tipper are you in todays socitey ? Most people dont think to much of it or even know how diffrent tipping can be diffrent places around the world. In places like denmark the tip is included with the prices of the bill making sure the person being tipped gets a fair wage. Tips in america and thoughout the states vary, the service workers count on that tip moeny being up to 60% of there take home pay.

A servers in utah have a wide variety of wages on avarge 10-14 in the noraml amout but it goes on the low end to 5 dollars that would be 20,000 a year without tips

a server in denmark makes around 123 dkk which would be 18:00 us dollars an hour. Thats almost 38,000 a year

alot of people in the usa feel tipping has gotten out of conrol having no set bases on it 70% of people argree that tippiing as increase or is asked for more often which caused people to tip less if everyone is starting to think tipping has gone to far. leaving the workes the only one to take the fall for it not the restraunt.

Tipping varies quite a bit around the world, changing alot from places to place. alot of places have seemed to do a 10% charge to the bill to tip the staff making for a stable wage. othes have a tip going from 10-15% expected. the usa has the most being an expected tip of 15-25% and in alot of service jobs. This has a big impact on how americans are viewing tipping in recent years. The amout has increased but the amount of people has decreased in recent years. This priamly effects waiters and not the comapy.

Soultions

• make service charges be in the total. This makes sure waiter get a more stedy wage

• decrease the amount tipped to 15% or lower but increasing wahes arcoss the board to make up for the 10% chage in america boosting how many peope tip.

• get rid of tipping all together make wages be that of any non service job.
