WHAT IS GENDER EQUALITY?
Gender equality means that all genders are free to pursue whatever career, lifestyle choice, and abilities they want without discrimination. Their rights, opportunities, and access to society are not different based on their gender and their different needs and dreams are valued equally.
CAREERS HAVE NO GENDER
Women in the labour market are paid less than men and are much less likely to be in senior positions. Globally, people thought men made better business executives. In the UK, people thought men should have more right to a job than women and said men made better business executives than women did.

CHILDREN AND LIFE
In this video we can appreciate how two girls that started at the same primary school have a very different life when they grow up.If we have a look, we must help children to get a good education at home and be educated at school so that they can make mature decisions, have a good life and not be manipulated.
We prefer this one, but we must fight for it.

Info
To conclude, I will once again underline the fact that gender equality is a fundamental principle for equal rights, opportunities and treatment for all genders, regardless of their identity.Firstly, this promotes justice in the society as long as people are not discriminated against or limited in their life choices due to the fact of being a man or woman. Apart from this, I am upset because we have to suffer gernder stereotypes all day and night. We can clearly see that this, out of the blue, will not change. For example, 8 years old girls, in so many countries, are getting married and sometimes they have to go through childbirth instead of attending school and playing. In the same way, in the worldwide we can see men working in offices and woman raising children or teaching as a consecuence of social roles. Overall, a men usually get more salary, are in positions of power but also they can get a job easily even a woman can do the same jobs. But what is the difference? That women can have a maternity leave (paternity leave is less commun) if they get pregnant, making women careers be definitely hindered. In addition, promote gender equality reduces violence and discrimination against women (we can not forget the violence agains men as well), contibutes to create safer communities.. We must fight to reach a world stereotypes and equal human rights.

Not only do women suffer gender-based violence and there are many men who also go through it. If we search news about these cases, they do not appear or only a few are reflected. So, personally, all have to support and try to reduce cases of gender-based violence in both genders
We can find in comics and images representations of cases of gender violence in which we observe trapped girls, women being hit,... among other cases. These try to reflect how these victims feel and, exaggerating the expressions of these images, the author tries to capture the attention of the receiver so they try to avoid this atrocities.Other ways to try to stop gender-based violence are with posters, news, videos, lectures, billboards and protests
