Il Centro Rete delle Biblioteche civiche torinesi ospita gli uffici preposti alla selezione delle acquisizioni e delle donazioni, alla catalogazione e alla logistica. Ufficio Logistica è il settore che si occupa dello smistamento alle diverse biblioteche di tutti i materiali catalogati, dello smistamento e della consegna alle diverse sedi dei materiali richiesti dall’utenza attraverso il servizio di prestito intrasistema, della gestione dei magazzini esterni e dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali documentari per il Bibliobus.

I libri disponibili nelle sedi delle Biblioteche civiche torinesi possono essere prenotati e consegnati presso una sede del sistema a propria scelta attraverso il servizio di prestito intrasistema
I CAVALIERI
Con il termine cavalieri (o fogli di via) sono indicati i talloncini allegati al materiale mobilitato dalla biblioteca per soddisfare una prenotazione verso un’altra biblioteca. Per questo, oltre alle informazioni sul prestito, il report di stampa riassume i dati utili per un corretto smistamento del materiale. In Clavis i cavalieri possono essere stampati dalla pagina Interprestito in uscita dell’area Circolazione. Una volta selezionati i titoli è possibile scegliere tra: la stampa di un singolo cavaliere per pagina, selezionando la voce Report pronti al transito (foglidi via); la stampa compatta di più cavalieri per pagina, selezionando la voce Report pronti al transito. Allo stesso modo è possibile stampare i cavalieri anche dalla pagina Prestiti extra-sistema verso l’esterno dell’area Circolazione.
