1 IL SISTEMA SCHELETRICO: inizieremo eslporando il sistema scheletrico, che fornisce supporto strutturale al corpo e protegge gli organi interni. 2 SISTEMA MUSCOLAR: Passeremo poi al sistema muscolare, che consente il movimento del corpo grazie alla contraazione e all'estensione dei muscoli, analizzeremo i diversi tipi di muscoli, come si contraggono e come sono coinvolti nel mantenimento della postura e nell'esecuzione di attività fisica. 3 IL SISTEMA NERVOSO: Esplorando il sistema nervoso, che coordina tutte le funzioni del corpo attraverso segnali elettrici e chimici. Presenteremo il cervello, il midollo spinale e i nervi periferici , discutendo del loro ruolo nel controllo del movimento, delle sensazioni e delle funzioli vitali.

La milza , che aiuta a filtrare e a produrre cellule del sistema immunitario, il pancreas che regola i livelli di zucchero nel sangue e aiuta nella digestione la vescica che immagazina l'urina prima dell'eliminazione. questi organi lavorano insieme per mantenere il corpo in salute e in equilibrio
