ÉTAPE 2 : conditions d'Électorat et ÉLIGIBILITÉ

On applique le principe de proportionnalité de l’effectif de chaque collège. On doit calculer le quotient théorique (QT) avec la formule suivante : QT = total des salariés votant / total de sièges à pourvoir Nous appliquons le QT à chaque collège Nb de sièges pour chaque collège = totale collège/ QT.

Le principe est de 2 collèges•Collège 1 comprenant les ouvriers ainsi que les employés •Collège 2 comprenant les chefs de service, les cadres, les agents de maîtrise, les techniciens ainsi que les ingénieurs.

ÉTAPE 3 : RÉPARTITION DANS LES COLLÈGES

Collège 1 = 7 titulaires et 7 suppléants Collège 2 = 1 titulaire et 1 suppléant

Il reste donc 1 siège à pourvoir, application du plus fort reste (population la plus représentée) = NB de salarié dans le collège - ( QT x nb de sièges de chaque collège ).
