Surge dentro del movimiento revolucionario conocido dentro de este tiempo como la Escuela de Servicio Social del istituto guatemalteco I.G.S.S , gracias al consigna de Victor Hugo Alvarado.

Oscar Lewis dio un sano fuerte de interés en la concepción de la subcultura de la pobreza.
Se realiza el proceso de reconceptualización en Argentina, Brazil y Uruguay donde el pionero fue Herman Kruse y en este mismo año en EE.UU aporto al concepto de reconceptualización y se dió el método de enseñanza para pobre.
Se fundo la primera escuela de trabajo social en Venezuela por los Luis Razetti y José Ignacio Baldó.
Nacen los métodos clasicos de intervención y se comienza a trabajar con familia, grupos y familiares.
Era un movimiento fortalecido en toda latinoamérica y se vio de la mano por muchos escritos de Marth Luther King, Camilo Torres y Che Wevara.

Por Paula Frerie a la reconceptualización se da el llamado servicio tradicional social por métodos y tecnicas.

Esquema conceptual, referencial y operativo fue creado por un grupo de Trabajadores Sociales.
Conceptos de intervención, variando las técnicas y aparece es metodo fácil de integro.

En la actualidad las políticas del ministerio de Educación introduce el concepto de calidad en la educación superior.
La reconceptualización ya era un movimiento fortalecido en toda Latinoamerica y se vio de la mano por muchos escritos de Marth Luther King, Camilo Torres y el Che Guevara

Brasil influencio el Trabajo Social critico aportando a la pedagogía social con grandes representante como Jose Paulo Nieto y Marilda Villela Lamanota.
Esquema conceptual, referencial y operativo fue creado por un grupo de Trabajadores Sociales.
Conceptos de intervención, variando las técnicas y aparece es metodo fácil de integro.

La presencia y opinión de Pulo Freire en Chile sirvió para despejar dudas y entender nuevos conceptossobre el Trabajo Social.
Se Introduce a la profesión da la ciencia social y humanas, ya que el Trabajo Social es creador de técnicas y aparece en metodos de integro.
En la actualidad las políticas del ministerio de Educación introduce el concepto de calidad en la educación superior.
La reconceptualización ya era un movimiento fortalecido en toda Latinoamerica y se vio de la mano por muchos escritos de Marth Luther King, Camilo Torres y el Che Guevara
