- Common greeting procedures
- Customer loyalty programs
- The pamphlet should include the necessary services, products, organizational policies and staff training needed in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- The pamphlet should provide suggestions to serve the following groups of guests:
- Senior travelers
- Children
- Travelers with disabled conditions
- Very important persons

- Create a video montage of you and your partner acting out each of the following scenarios (take turns playing the guest and employee):

- Customer service employee looks disinterested and annoyed in conversation with guest
- At the end of the video briefly discuss the importance of good customer service in the restaurant industry.
