Tematiche da affrontare

Il lavoro è finalizzato alla comprensione dell’importanza che ha una corretta alimentazione sulla nostra salute e al confronto in tale chiave di ricerca tra le varie diete alimentari.

Le attività didattiche

∙ Brochure a carattere informativo e descrittivo con relativa traduzione in lingue inerente gli effetti positivi della dieta mediterranea rispetto alla dieta degli USA e dell’Inghilterra. ∙ Relazione individuale ∙ Realizzazione di una guida alimentare sulla dieta Mediterranea

La tecnologia: -consente di rendere la didattica più coinvolgente ed immersiva -potenzia un’autonomia critica dello studente,unitamente ad una sua maggiore capacità autovalutativa. -valorizza il contributo di tutti gli studenti, anche di quelli con Bisogni Educativi Speciali, attraverso la personalizzazione della didattica. Con l’impiego della tecnologia si può in modo più completo, affiancare alla lezione trasmissiva, una lezione nella quale, attraverso l’approccio costruttivista didattico, lo studente diventi co- costruttore della propria conoscenza e potenziare la propria autodeterminazione, nell’elaborazione del prodotto finale, in modo creativo.
