Finally, the General Election take place, on the first Tuesday of November, every 4 years. People cast their vote for a group of people, the Electors, who will vote for the President and the Vice President thereafter.According to the states, the number of Electors changes. The last step is the Electoral College, the President pledge allegiance on the Bible and the Constitution.The inauguration of the President and the Vice President take place in January eventually.

How does the us presidential system work ?

The president must be :

- A natural born citizen- 35 years old minimum- US resident for at least 14 years

Many people want to run for President and Vice President, this list of candidates is called the Ticket.People who share similar ideas are gathered into a political party, the Republicans or Democrats.
