Manner and modifiers

We use adverbs of manner to say how people do things

Adverbs usually go after the verb or verb phrase

We normally form adverbs by adding -ly tu adjectives

Some adverbs are irregular. They can by the same as the adjetive, e.g. fast, hard or a diferferent word, e.g. well

We use the adverbs very, quite, etc. to modify adjectives or other adverbsThey always go before the adjective or adverb
