Feijoada

Ingredients:
500g black beans 200g diced pancetta 2 sausages 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 2 bay leaves Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil
Instructions:
Soak the black beans overnight, then cook them with bay leaves until tender.
In a pan, sauté diced pancetta and chopped onion with olive oil. Add sliced sausages and minced garlic, cook for a few minutes. Combine drained beans, cook for 10 more minutes. Adjust seasoning, serve hot with white rice.Enjoy!
