Southwest: It consists of four states. It is humid in some states, in others it is like a desert. However, in general it does not rain often. The Rocky Mountains and the Grand Canyon are in this region.
Northeast: It consists of eleven states. They have cold winters in which it usually snows. They are close to the Atlantic Ocean.
Midwest: It has twelve states. It is often humid and they get snow during winter. The Great Lakes and the Great Plains are in this region.
Southeast: It’s formed by twelve states. This region hashot summers and its prone to suffer Hurricanes which cause a lot of damage. They are close to the southeast region of the Appalachian Mountains. And some states are close to the Gulf of Mexico.
West: It has eleven states. The climate is varied between humid, arid and cold states. The Pacific Ocean is near some states of this region, and the Mohave desert is in it.
