Jebel Akhdar is a green area on the Sayq Plateau, which is considered by many, especially locals, as one of the best things to do in the Sultanate. Also known as the Green Mountains, they offer wadis, agricultural terraces and breathtaking mountain views.

The "Fjords of Arabia" of Musandam stand out for the spectacle offered by the coastal inlets which can be explored in the water aboard "dhows", the typical Omani boats.

From a cultural point of view it is possible to visit many forts and castles, as well as traditional villages, to better understand the deepest soul of Oman. for example Bahla, the fort par excellence was included in the UNESCO heritage list in 1987. Built in a strategic position made of mud bricks, after a major restoration, it was brought back to its splendor, although inside it remains bare.
