AIS is the main system you will use day in day out on CS All accounts we hold, both gas and electric are located in AIS

Horizon is the phone system we use to take inbound calls and make outbound calls

If you see a bumblebee on an account in AIS (mostly Gas), it is a Honeycomb account Honeycomb is the billing system we use for Gas

Futura is the billing system we have in place for Electric accounts You will use this for the following;

• To see if there any bills on hold
• Change the site address
• Check for D0086's (opening/closing)
• Confirming times for different rate meters

ECOES is the national database for Electricity We can use ECOES to check the following;

• Site addresses
• Type of meter
• Profile class
• Incoming suppliers
• Who the last supplier was
• DC/MOP

XOServe is the national database for Gas We use XOServe to look at the following on CS;

• Site addresses
• MSN
• MPRN
• Market Sector Code
• Incoming Suppliers
