London is very important city because is the capital of United Kingdom and is the capital with the most tourist in europe.

TOWER OF LONDON

It was built from the end of 1066 as part of the Norman conquest of England. The White Tower, which gives the entire castle its name, was built by William the Conqueror in 1078, and has been a symbol of the resentful oppression inflicted on London by the new rulers. The castle was used, from 1100, as a prison (Rainulf Flambard was the first to be imprisoned there) until 1952 with the imprisonment of the Kray twins, although this was never his its main purpose. Early in its history, the palace also served as a royal residence. Despite its enduring reputation as a place of torture and death

The Tower Bridge ,draw bridge on river thames is one of the most important monumentsts in London in 1884 the project was made by sir Horas Jones, the city arechitect in collaboration with sir John Wolfe barry, anengineer the costruction of tower bridge began on 22 April 1886 it's took 8 ears, 432 labour workers each day end over 11.000 tons of steel to complete the costruction the draw bridge worked by using the power of steam but since 1976 it works with oil and electricity

The Tower of London was designed by Augustus Pugin. Is start build in 1834 and finished in 1859. The Tower stands 96m tall and climb from ground level to the belfry is 334 steps. Its base is square measuring 12m on each side the dials of the clock are 6.9m in diameter the floor count 11
