After the initial bulk upload, any new coachees can be added using the Coaching Participant Roster Google Form. This automatically adds new coachees to the Coaching Participant Roster Board after about 10 minutes.NYC Reads, NYC Solves, and TSL: Coaches will use the Coaching Participant Roster Google Form to add new coaches to their roster. All other projects with coaching components: Notify the CPM

    1. Complete the Coaching Participant Roster Google Form
    1. After completing the form, the teacher will populate about 10 minutes after refreshing the Coaching Participant Roster Board.

Project launch initial (bulk) upload of coachees

CPMs complete the bulk coachee upload spreadsheet at the beginning of the partnership or school year, prior to the start of coaching services.

NOTE: For some partnerships, this might include more educators than we're actually coaching.

CPM shares the bulk upload spreadsheet with Joe Kapustka, a Program team data entry consultant, who adds to the Coaching Participant Roster Board
