Carrot cake

- 2 medium carrots
- 3 egges
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 2 cups of flour
01. Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C)
- Grease and flour a medium-sized central hole tin (20 cm in diameter)
- Reserve
- In the blender glass, place the carrot, oil and eggs, and blend until smooth
- In a bowl, sift the MAIZENA® cornstarch, wheat flour, yeast and sugar, add the reserved carrot mixture, and stir with the help of a spatula until it becomes a uniform dough. Place the dough in the reserved pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean
