Get + Preposicion o adjetivo

Cuando GET se combina con una preposición o adjetivo 👉 forma una expresión verbal con significado propio, es decir se forma otro verbo

Get + Preposicion o adjetivo

Cuando get se une con una preposición (o adverbio), cambia completamente de significado, Se combierte en un verbo o en ponerse.

For verbs ending in -y, you must replace the -y with i and then add -es.

There is another exception for verbs ending in -y. When there is a vowel before the -y, you must keep this and add the -s.
