While he was bathing in the lake, lightning struck him and turned him into Dr. Death.
In a dark forest in Denmark, one night with a full moon at the forest lake, a man was camping in the forest

Since then, Dr Death stalks the cities every night, he has no soul or feelings that stop him from causing chaos.
