Job Descriptions in Salesforce
Enter the job description correctly in Salesforce
Why is this Important?
Importance of Clean & Accurate Data
Clean and accurate data in Salesforce is crucial for various reasons:
Maintaining Compliance: Clean and accurate data is necessary for complying with hiring practices and regulations. Job descriptions and titles are reported to the EEOC annually for compliance purposes. Classifying Consultants: Clean data helps in classifying AIM Consultants according to FLSA requirements. Understanding Scope of Engagements: AIM's Back Office team and the Addison Group rely on accurate data for understanding the scope of engagements and placed consultants. Making Determinations: Determinations such as 1099/C2C eligibility, exempt/non-exempt status, and work location are made based on clean and accurate data. Financial Implications: If data is incorrectly entered, such as work location or work status, it can have a financial impact on AIM which ultimately will reflect AE & MTAR spreads and project GPs.
