A Especialização Precoce consiste na antecipação de tarefas ligadas a modalidade desportiva, ou seja, relaciona-se com uma forte exigência por parte do treinador na realização de exercícios para os quais o organismo do atleta ainda não está preparado para realizar.

O Abandono Precoce

É uma interrupção prematura da formação do atleta.Alguns estudos apontam como sendo esses os principais fatores do abandono precoce.

• Problemas familiares (elevada exigência);
• Problemas sociais;
• Dificuldades de aprendizagem e evolução.

A Dopagem

A Dopagem ou o Doping é o uso de drogas proibidas ou técnicas que aumentam o desempenho dos atletas em desportos competitivos. O uso no desporto é considerado anti-ético, e portanto, proibido pela maioria das organizações desportivas internacionais. Estas substâncias perigosas fazem com que os atletas tenham um rendimento físico no desporto dando-lhes vantagens injustas em relação aos que não utilizam.

Estas substâncias são muito perigosas, e em certos casos pode causar a morte. O uso prolongado dessas substâncias pode causar certas mudanças no corpo dos atletas, algumas irrecuperáveis

Corrupção vs Verdade Desportiva

A corrupção desportiva não é um fenómeno recente nem um ato individual porque envolve sempre mais pessoas, e para haver corrupção existe sempre um comportamento verificado ou prometido, que numa dada circunstância constitui um crime.

Existe várias formas de corrupção, mas divide-se em duas grandes áreas: • Corrupção ao nível dos resultados desportivos: manifestando-se sob a forma de suborno aos árbitros, atletas, treinadores entre outros. • Corrupção extra-competições: manifesta-se sob a forma de subornos aos intervenientes indirectos do fenómeno desportivo agente de jogadores, pessoas que desempenham cargos em comissões que avaliam desempenhos.

Verdade Desportiva

Hoje em dia fala-se muito em Verdade Desportiva, e na verdade ela é fundamental para a concorrência leal e para a justiça nas diferentes actividades desportivas. No entanto, quando o tema é abordado grande parte das pessoas associam-no imediatamente a questões de erros de arbitragem, e quase todo o tempo e quase todas discussões giram à volta desses pormenores.
