VEGAN DIET
- This diet excludes all animal products; -Vegans don't use animal products, clothes, shoes, makeup, etc; - Vegans don't consume meat, fish, dairy products and eggs; -They base their diet on plant-based foods.
VEGETARIAN DIET
- Only plant origin food is eaten;
- Some vegeterian diets include eggs and milk;
- Protein is obtained mainly from vegetables, tofu, tempeh and soy.
PALEO DIET
This diet focuses on:
- Meat and fish, as well as vegetables and fruits;
- They don't eat dairy and grains;
- They only eat gluten-free food;
- This diet may put you at risk for calcium and vitamin D deficiencies.
KETO
- Keto is a low-carb diet;
- They eat a lot of protein in this diet;
- Lots of water;
- They eat a lot of fats.
