Schools' implementation happens in stages over an extended period of time. These are the stages of our implementation process.

Key steps of the Explore section

• Identify a priority area that can be changed
• Explore practices to implement
• Examine its feasibility within the school context

Key steps of the Deliver section

• Support staff putting into practice the implementation
• Reinforce the new practice with additional training for staff
• Analyze implementation metrics to drive a data-based adoption

Key steps of the Prepare section

• Develop a clear plan
• Assess the readiness of the school
• Prepare practically e.g. train staff, build infrastructures

Key steps of the Sustain section

• Plan for the sustainability of the project
• Continuously acknowledge support and reward good practices
• In case of scale-up start a new implementation project
