We are delighted to introduce a comprehensive training course titled "CareeRise: Navigating Your Professional Journey with Design Thinking." In a continually evolving professional landscape, the ability to strategically plan and navigate one's career is of paramount importance. This course is meticulously crafted to furnish participants with essential tools, mindsets, and methodologies, empowering them to intentionally and creatively shape their professional trajectories.

Course Overview

Objective Empower participants to apply design thinking principles to their career development, fostering adaptability and strategic planning. Delivery The live component of the course can be conducted either as: (a) an in-person, face-to-face workshop spanning six hours or (b) two virtual webinar sessions, each lasting three hours. Methodology The course will utilize a combination of interactive workshops, group discussions, hands-on exercises, and case studies to guarantee the practical application of the underlying principles. Additionally, it will be bolstered by pertinent eLearning modules on the award-winning TAOLIN platform.
