We normally use: How often...?

How often do you watch films?

How often does the train arrive late?

But also it's possible to ask questions simply with an adverb

Do you often come here?

Does she always work so hard?

Frequency expressions

Frequency expressions include numbers once/ twice/ three times/ four times + a day/ week/ month/ year/ decade. every + two months ETC EVERY DAY/ WEEK/MONTH ETC.
