introduction

ENFPs, which are also known as Campaigners, are individuals who are full of ideas, interests, and hobbies, which can make it difficult for them to choose a career due to the abundance of possibilities. These imaginative personalities aim to make the world a better place, build communities, facilitate learning, and express their creativity through their work. Despite being overwhelmed by numerous options, ENFPs can use their curiosity and imagination to pursue various professions.

Key Feedbacks

ENFPs are a type of people who tend to attract others towards them naturally. They possess great communication skills and charm, which makes it easy for them to make friends. They also love having a diverse and fascinating group of friends. As friends, they are supportive, uplifting, and ensure that their friends feel valued. However, at times they may struggle with the feeling that they care more about their friends than what is being reciprocated. This may lead to moments of loneliness.

Friendship

As an ENFP, I tend to be very passionate and affectionate when in a relationship, often diving headfirst into love. I am willing to do anything to overcome hurdles such as long-distance and express lots of enthusiasm and devotion to my partner. I find that I enjoy giving acts of service and gifts the most. For example, I go out of my way to assist my partner with errands or tasks, cook for them, and do anything else that might make their life easier. I also love giving thoughtful gifts that are catered specifically to my partner's interests, such as buying them snacks when they're hungry or getting them a gift that they mentioned they wanted. Sometimes, I even make them paper flowers!

Relationships

I agree with the notion that Campaigner personality types can be overly accommodating and prone to people-pleasing behavior. In the past, I used to prioritize the needs of others over my own desires in order to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid conflict. However, this habit led to negative consequences such as neglecting my own needs, feeling inauthentic, and experiencing a lot of stress. Additionally, some individuals took advantage of my accommodating nature, which resulted in unhealthy relationships. Currently, I recognize this as a weakness of mine and have been working on setting boundaries and expressing my opinions. However, I believe that the root of the problem lies in my tendency to seek approval and acceptance from others.

Weakness

Campaigners possess great strengths such as effective communication skills and enthusiasm. I strongly agree with this as I have had several opportunities to showcase my leadership abilities. In one instance, I was the captain of my hockey team where I led warm-up sessions, drills and managed team sheets. I am proud to say that my leadership skills led us to win the South Wales Under 16's tournament. Moreover, in my school's hockey team, I convinced teachers to allow mixed teams to encourage more boys to try out hockey. This initiative proved to be a success as more boys joined the team and inspired younger students to do the same.

Personal Strengths

Self-reflection

Receiving feedback from my peers helps me positively perceive myself. Sometimes I tend to focus on my weaknesses to improve myself, but I often overlook my strengths. It was an exciting experience to receive feedback as it gave me insights into how others perceive me. However, giving feedback was a bit intimidating because I didn't know how they would react. It also made me realize that I don't know much about them.

Peer Feedback

As mentioned before, I have been described as funny, but I also believe that I am quite clever and can think fast on my feet or outside of the box to be unique and stand out. I agree with the skills used to describe me, specifically my athletic abilities. To be a successful sportswoman, one must possess certain abilities such as agility and strength, which I believe I have. Additionally, I enjoy working out regularly, whether it's cycling, going to the gym, or hiking. Although I feel that I possess academic skills, I am not quite sure how to define them. However, I do believe that I am capable of achieving my academic goals through consistent revision and hard work.

I have been described by certain attributes before, and I think those attributes are accurate. I consider myself to be generous and reliable, and I try to be available as much as possible. Additionally, I try to make people laugh and enjoy their time around me. I agree with the skills that were used to describe me. I am a very good communicator, as I get involved with a lot of projects and clubs. I also believe that I have great decision-making skills as well as leadership abilities, as I have been put into these types of situations before, such as being a hockey captain.

I assigned these attributes to Califf as his character in class is very outspoken, loud, and can express his opinions honestly, even if they are harsh. I gave him these skills since he is a film student, and we got to see the short movie he made, which showed that he is good at filmmaking. Additionally, he is very confident.I assigned these attributes for Bhawna as she has a witty personality but isn't afraid to tell the truth not to mention she comes across as a determined person. Also I gave her these skills, since I have admired her art pieces and her ability to understand and intreprut work quickly.

A career in dentistry involves completing dental school, gaining clinical experience, and deciding whether to specialize in fields such as orthodontics or oral surgery. Many dentists begin by working at established practices or clinics before opening their own. Other career paths may include research or teaching in academia, as continued education is crucial for staying up-to-date in the field.Personally, I would like to specialize in a niche field of dentistry or do cosmetic dentistry on the side. However, my ultimate goal would be to open up my own dental practice. This would not only be financially rewarding, but it would also offer me flexibility over my schedule.

To achieve my future goal, I took a career pathway quiz and found that my strength lies in analytical and logical thinking. I enjoy the process of gathering facts and solving problems, so I plan to gain work experience to see if this job is suitable for me. This will also provide me with an advantage that I can highlight in my statement. Furthermore, based on my big 5 traits, I possess some organizational skills. I try to carry around a planner and make checklists of what I need to complete. I also have the self-discipline to go to the gym. I can apply these skills to create a checklist of the things I need to do to get into university for dental studies.

To overcome potential risks, it's important to remain vigilant and proactively address them. This can be achieved by investing in proper training, prioritizing patient safety, staying up-to-date with legal and regulatory updates, and promoting physical and mental health. Additionally, obtaining suitable insurance coverage, such as malpractice insurance, is crucial for financial protection.

As mentioned in my opportunities section, I would like to specialize in a niche field of dentistry or do cosmetic dentistry on the side. Initially, I considered becoming an orthodontist, but with the increased rise of Invisalign, the need for traditional braces isn't as high anymore. Although I haven't yet decided w hich particular sector to pursue, my goal is to specialize in one area.As previously mentioned, I aspire to specialize in dentistry and ultimately open my own practice. I find this career path financially rewarding and the flexible scheduling is a bonus. However, my ultimate goal is to manage multiple dental practices or create and sell dental equipment. I believe there is a lack of companies in this industry, and I am interested in contributing to its growth.

I have a few strengths that I believe are important. Firstly, I am highly perceptive which means that I can easily pick up on any slight changes in people's emotions or moods. Secondly, I pay a lot of attention to others and often notice things that others may not, even if I seem distracted. I am sensitive to people's feelings and needs, which helps me to make them feel better around me. Lastly, I am good-natured, warm-hearted, and very approachable. I am always willing to help a friend in need. As an ENFP, I strive to get along with everyone.

Friendship +

I strongly agree with this since I do tend to be the one people would approach to, where I would help to with their problems or make them laugh and feel good around me. Most times I initiate or plan activities or trips in my relationships, as I enjoy spending time with others. I would agree that I am enthusiastic and open to anything for my friends whether it be spontaneous activities, deep conversations or light-hearted banter. I do believe that sometimes I do get lonely as I have a lot to give out and often suppress my feeling to accommodate others and I think I may have a fear of being left out. At the moment, to overcome this fear and moments of loneliness, I decided to choose my friends wisely and keep a close group, which I can trust and rely on when it gets hard.

Strengths +

Energetic clownfish possess an innate ability to think quickly on their feet. They are adept at solving problems using their imagination and excel in handling last-minute situations. These risk-takers are fueled by their creativity and strive to be unique. They prefer original thinking over strict adherence to rules, and they use their charming personality to navigate such situations effectively.I recognize some of my strengths, such as my ability to stand out with unique ideas. Additionally, I believe I am quick on my feet and can come up with solutions to problems as soon as they arise.

Relationship +

I have a love languages test that indicates quality time as my top preference. I wholeheartedly agree with this result as I believe that focused and undivided attention is essential for building emotional connections. As an emotional and sensitive person, I appreciate it when my partner prioritizes spending quality time together and actively engages in deep conversations. This makes me feel valued and loved. Additionally, physical touch such as hugs or thoughtful gestures like taps, when showing excitement, concerns, or care, provides me with warmth, love, and safety.

"Openness" is a term used to describe a person's readiness to accept fresh concepts, experiences, and viewpoints. This trait is often associated with characteristics such as creativity, curiosity, and adaptability. Given my friendly nature, it came as no surprise that I scored high in openness. I have a great deal of respect for others' ideas and enjoy engaging with people, which makes me more approachable and open to forming new connections.

Openness

Neuroticism is a personality trait that reflects emotional instability and heightened reactivity to stress. People who score high in neuroticism often experience anxiety and mood swings, whereas those with lower scores tend to be more emotionally resilient. My own score is 52, which is my lowest score. I believe my score is somewhere in the middle as I can sometimes feel overwhelmed due to stress and other factors. This is probably because I tend to bottle up my emotions which can lead to anxiety. However, I do consider myself to be emotionally resilient because I try to remain calm and even-tempered in stressful situations. I also tend to give off a calm demeanor in order to help others calm down.

Neuroticism

Flexible

I am an adaptable and versatile person, with the ability to adjust to a wide range of situations. Whether it's engaging in thought-provoking conversations about complex issues or participating in enjoyable and lighthearted banter, I can seamlessly transition between the two. My flexibility extends beyond social interactions - I am also capable of improvising and adapting to last-minute changes in plans or unforeseen circumstances. I take pride in my ability to handle any situation that comes my way with ease and grace.

Empathetic

ENFPs are often defined as kind and empathetic individuals, which I can personally relate to. This is because I prioritize the feelings of others over my own and gently deliver constructive feedback. In my friendships, I am often relied upon as a trustworthy confidant for others to discuss their problems with. I believe that my communication skills play a significant role in this, as active listening and patience are essential components of being empathetic towards others.

Sense of Humour

Based on what my peers have told me, it appears that I possess a good sense of humor. I firmly believe this to be true, as I often demonstrate a witty and laid-back attitude, which creates a fun and happy atmosphere. My ability to be genuinely perceptive of the situation also helps me to lighten the mood. Furthermore, laughing along with others can elevate my own mood as well!

Extraversion is a personality trait that characterizes individuals who are outgoing, social, and enjoy being around people. It contrasts with those who prefer solitude and may find social interactions tiring.I received a score of 73 for extraversion, which aligns with my personality type as ENFP, where the E stands for extrovert. I agree with my score, as I am a highly outgoing person who enjoys working in teams and social settings.

Extraversion

ICT Capabilities

ICT capabilities refer to the ability to use digital tools and communication platforms effectively. Having learned ICT in GCSEs and computer science in college, I possess confident technological skills. I can use various software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and communication platforms like Zoom to communicate with others. Moreover, I can edit videos and create art to enhance my work.

Intercultural understanding

I understand and value the importance of respecting and understanding diverse cultures, values, and norms. Having grown up in a multicultural environment, where I practiced the Nepalese culture at home and the Welsh culture outside, I have firsthand experience in appreciating both sides. This has equipped me with the ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in multicultural settings.

Critical Thinking

I discovered one of my strengths through a career pathway quiz - critical thinking. This skill involves analyzing information to make effective decisions. I enjoy engaging my brain through activities like math and language learning on Duolingo. I also love problem-solving games such as Sudoku and Scrabble. I can use these skills in a variety of tasks, such as decision-making and education."tasks like decision making and education etc

There are several risks associated with working as a dentist. Firstly, it is a highly competitive field, and most universities require a minimum of three A's in biology, chemistry, and maths to get in. Additionally, dentists may encounter health risks such as musculoskeletal issues, legal challenges such as malpractice claims or compliance issues, and economic pressures such as high overhead costs. Emergency dental care may also require dentists to be on call during evenings, weekends, or holidays, which can affect their personal time and work-life balance.

GCSE's

Passing and achieving great results for my GCSEs was a significant accomplishment for me. It was my first educational milestone that opened up many possibilities for my future. It gave me the opportunity to study the subjects I wanted to pursue in college, which in turn helped me gain the confidence to achieve excellent results and pursue higher education at a university.

Brilliant Club

This is a course I took in college where we worked closely with a tutor to complete undergraduate work. This helped me gain insights into what it would be like to study at the university level. During the program, I learned about data representation and how to spot misinformation. Overall, it helped me push myself each week to complete assignments. For our graduation, we got to graduate at Oxford, where we learned about how to apply to and learn about universities. This made me quite excited for the future.

DofE Award

I have learned many life skills by completing this challenge. For three months, I learned a variety of new recipes, followed by three months of volunteering to coach hockey, and finally six months of competing in hockey. This award has taught me navigation skills, such as using a compass and map and planning routes collaboratively in groups. Additionally, I have learned how to build tents, make fire, and develop backpacking skills, which has helped me to become more resilient.

Learn More

Conscientiousness is a personality trait that reflects an individual's level of self-discipline, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. This trait can influence how a person approaches work and decision-making in their life. My score for conscientiousness is 58, which places me close to the middle. Although I believe that I possess some organizational skills, such as carrying around a planner or making checklists of things I need to complete, I recognize that my skills in this area are lower than some others. For example, my wardrobe can be quite messy and disorganized, and I don't always have the same level of discipline when it comes to studying as I do when it comes to going to the gym or working out.

Conscientousness

I have to both agree and disagree with this description because, on one hand, I love delving into my thoughts, finding it rewarding to gain a deeper understanding of what I aim to achieve. On the other hand, I also enjoy being more hands-on and leading groups. As an ENFP personality type, I excel in leadership and group work, which I find more appealing. This result differs from other tests I've taken, such as the Buzz Animal Quiz which indicated that my strength lies in creative thinking rather than analytical thinking. Despite the differences, both aspects make up who I am, as I am both logical and innovative.

Results

Career Pathways

As a Thinker, I thrive as an 'ideas person,' leaning towards contemplation over physical activity or leadership. My strength lies in analytical and logical thinking, enjoying the process of gathering facts and solving problems. Exploring my thoughts is a key aspect of gaining a deeper understanding of my objectives, reflecting my preference for intellectual engagement.

Career

Recommended

I have noticed that many of the recommended career options fall within the subjects of science, math, and humanities. Although these fields may seem different from each other, they all require critical thinking. I possess this important skill, as I can analyze and evaluate information objectively, which enables me to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively. I can apply this skill in various areas, such as math, where I can decide what method to use, set goals, design a workout plan, adapt to feedback in the gym, and solve other problems.Currently, I am exploring job opportunities in science, particularly dentistry. As someone who enjoys analytical thinking, I believe I would find the challenges of dentistry engaging and rewarding. I take pleasure in gaining a deeper understanding of what I aim to achieve, and I know that dentistry would provide me with an opportunity to do so.The results of my buzz quiz align with the recommended career options, as they both suggest a variety of jobs that I may be interested in pursuing

Weaknesses +

ENFPs are known for their upbeat, positive and rarely upset demeanor, but at times, they may feel restless. They often put on a cheerful facade to spread positivity among their friends and others, making themselves approachable for others to reach out to them. However, this can lead to burnout and frustration, which they try not to show. Their inner idealism can also make them aim too high, leading to feelings of restlessness and frustration due to a lack of contentment. Currently, they are on a journey to improve themselves by voicing their concerns to others instead of breaking down at random times. Celebrating small accomplishments while aiming high is also a part of their self-improvement journey.

Education +

In the field of education, Clownfish students are known for their strengths such as their energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. They tend to be drawn towards subjects like Drama, English, Sociology, and Psychology during their school years. In the Curriculum for Wales, they excel in areas such as Expressive Arts, Health and Well-being, and Languages, Literacy, and Communication. When it comes to further or higher education, Clownfish individuals tend to pursue courses in Teaching, Performing Arts, Psychology, and Marketing. However, I do not agree with this description as I have chosen to focus more on STEM subjects as I enjoy math and science. During high school, I was not particularly interested in English, but I still managed to excel in it and even earned an A*. For my GCSE options, I chose Triple Science, Additional Maths, PE, IT, and Business. Although I don't agree with the typical Clownfish student description, I did excel in Marketing (Business) and Health & Well-being (PE) as I received the Excellence Award for both. Also, as a bilingual student, I found it easier to learn new languages and enjoyed studying them. In fact, I have a 773-day streak on Duolingo for Spanish and Japanese!

ENFPs, also known as Campaigners, are known for their unique and dynamic energy in the workplace, which is characterized by their charisma and original thinking. They are passionate about brainstorming and are often well-suited for leadership roles, bringing positivity and encouragement to their professional environments. ENFPs are known for contributing to the creation of creative, inspiring, and caring workplaces, valuing collaboration and seeing their colleagues as equals.

Workplace Habits

In the workplace, ENFPs are most productive when given the freedom to explore new ideas alongside like-minded colleagues. They are known to be adaptable and creative employees who excel in listening and considering diverse perspectives. However, they tend to dislike micromanagement and prefer a more flexible and self-paced work style.

Optimistic

I am a warm-hearted person who tries to make myself approachable to others, whether it be to talk about problems, engage in deep conversations or light-hearted banter. I enjoy radiating happiness and spreading positivity to those around me, creating a positive atmosphere and making others feel good in my presence. Overall, I maintain a positive outlook on life and am always open to trying new experiences

Perceptive

As an ENFP, being perceptive comes naturally to me. I am able to interpret and read situations involving details or people with ease. Furthermore, I believe that I possess a high level of emotional intelligence. I am able to pick up on even the slightest changes in people's moods or behavior and can be quite sensitive to other people's feelings.

Adaptable

I consider adaptability as one of my strengths. Having an open mind and being flexible allows me to easily adjust to different situations or conditions. For instance, I can apply the same principles of setting goals that I use in the gym to academics. Similarly, my experience of leading a sports team can help me lead groups in Welshbacc

Creativity

As described in my Buzz Quiz and 16 Personalities Test results, I was identified as a lively, imaginative, and outgoing individual who gives priority to creativity, takes risks, and prefers original thinking over adhering to rules. I have a knack for creativity and enjoy hobbies like photography, video-making, and editing. Being a creative person allows me to think outside the box and come up with clever solutions.

Critical Thinking

One of my capabilities is critical thinking, which was highlighted in my career pathway quiz. Critical thinking involves analyzing information for effective decision-making. I like to challenge my brain by doing exercises such as maths and learning new languages on Duolingo. I enjoy playing problem-solving games like Sudoku and Scrabble. I am able to apply these skills across various tasks such as decision-making and education.

Communicator

One of my many skills is being an excellent communicator. As an extroverterd person, I have always enjoyed and excelled working in groups. I do believe active engament and listening helps with being a good communicator. Not to mention, I have experience such as leading my hockey team and working in projects like in Welshbacc, this further improved my communication skills.

Agreeableness is a personality trait reflecting an individual's tendency to be cooperative, compassionate, and considerate in social interactions, with high scorers valuing harmony and nurturing relationships. This is my highest score. I do think I have illustrated this attribute a lot as I enjoy harmony and tend to be very supportive with others, as I like to be an encouraging person for people.

Agreeableness

Jobs +

Individuals with Clownfish traits possess unique characteristics that make them ideal for various job roles. For instance, they can consider pursuing careers in drama, arts, and journalism, or in caring professions such as psychology or care assistance. Communication-focused roles such as teaching or marketing assistants, persuasive positions like digital marketing executive or car sales executive, and entrepreneurial ventures such as business development manager or entrepreneur also align well with their traits. Industries like Health, Media and Publishing, and Teaching and Education suit these individuals best. As for me, I aspire to become a dentist specializing in specific fields or areas and eventually open my own dental clinics or sell dental equipment on the side. My traits make me open to different opportunities, and I am willing to explore both the Health and business routes.

Becoming a dentist can offer a wide range of benefits, including financial stability, the opportunity to positively impact people's lives by improving their oral health, and the potential for a fulfilling and balanced work-life lifestyle. Dentistry provides a chance for ENFPs to use their social skills and empathy by interacting directly with patients. With a combination of thinking and a clownfish personality type, I can apply my creativity and innovation to find unique solutions for dental issues faced by patients. Moreover, the diversity of dental cases can be intellectually stimulating and engaging.

Physical Health

Staying active and healthy has always been a priority for me. I make sure to engage in physical activities like going to the gym, cycling, or walking every day. I believe that keeping our bodies active is essential for maintaining good mental and physical health.Another goal that I have been working on is my relationship with food. I have a tendency to eat when I'm stressed, bored, or happy and sometimes skip meals altogether. To address this issue, I have been using my Apple watch to set activity targets and keep track of what I eat. This helps me analyze my habits and identify areas for improvement.

Digital Balance

One of my current goals is to balance my usage of technology and physical activities. In today's world, technology has become an essential part of our lives, especially during the pandemic. However, I don't want to spend most of my time staring at a digital screen. I want to go out and explore more. To prevent myself from getting carried away, I have set a daily limit of six hours of screen time. However, this limit may vary depending on the type of work or revision I need to do.

Mental Health

My mental health goals are to focus on sharing my emotions and prioritizing my own needs, to prevent being manipulated, overwhelmed, and burnt out. I've learned that bottling up my emotions negatively impacts my self-esteem and makes it more difficult for me to open up. To help me achieve these goals, I've been journaling to improve my mental health and reflect on my emotions. Additionally, maintaining positive relationships with close friends has been a great source of support and encouragement.
