García Lorca es uno de los más grandes escritores de España.

1898

NACIMIENTO

Nació el 5 de junio de 1898 en Fuente Vaqueros, en la región de Granada. Nació en una familia acodomoda, con 4 hermanos. La region granadina es una gran fuente de inspiracion para él.

Esta recopilación es la primera que escribió García Lorca, gracías sobre todo a su profesor Martín Domínguez Berrueta, que le hizó viajar por toda España. Todos los poemas contan estos viajes, en prosa.

ESTUDIOS

"Impresiones y paisajes"

Estudió en la Universidad de Granada, en Filosofia, Letras y derecho. En esta Universidad recibió clases de Martín Domínguez Berrueta, el cual llevó a Lorca y a sus compañeros de viaje por toda España.

MADRID y POETAS

1921

Con sus amigos de la Universidad, se ha traslado a Madrid, en la Residencia de Estudiantes de Madrid, donde conoció a los futuros poetas de la generación del 27. Va a tener una relación con el Pintor Salvador Dalí.

Se reunió en 1927, en Sevilla, con otros intelectuales con los poetas de la Universidad, reunión que conmemoró la muerte de Luís de Góngora. Personas externas van a llamar las personas presentes la "G27", con Jorge Guillén, o Pedro Salinas notamente.

NUEVA YORK

Es una obra muy personal del poeta. Denuncía muchas cosas, después de haber visto la sociedad americana : la injusticia, la discriminación, la deshumanización de la sociedad moderna...

Lorca, teniendo problemas, sobretodo a causa de la separacion con Dali, se fue a Nueva York. Es su familia que le envió ahí para que se revitaliza. Acompañó Fernando de los Ríos en Nueva York. Talbién visitó Cuba y La Habana.

LA BARRACA

Fundó con el escritor granadio Ugarte, el grupo de teatro universitario La Barraca , que representó por toda España obras del Siglo de Oro (Cervantés, Lope de Vega...).

AMÉRICA

García Lorca vaijó en Argentina y Uruguay.. Hizó representaciones de sus obras teatrales y allí conoció un triunfo. Conoció también a otra gente, como Pablo Neruda o Ricardo Molinari. Vuelve en 1934.

Se trata de un conjunto de cuatro elegías de temática taurina a la muerte del torero Ignacio Sánchez Mejías.

FIN DE VIDA

Durante 2 años, fue muy creativo y hizó muchas obras. PEro en 1936, Los falangistas hacen un golpe de Estado. El era un ferviente defensor de le república. Fue encarcelado el 16 de agosto de 1936. Tres días después, es asesinado, por sus ideas políticas y su homosexualidad.

A las cinco de la tarde. Eran las cinco en punto de la tarde. Un niño trajo la blanca sábana a las cinco de la tarde. Una espuerta de cal ya prevenida a las cinco de la tarde. Lo demás era muerte y sólo muerte a las cinco de la tarde.
