Cardiovascular endurance

Cardiovascular endurance in futbol
how does it work
Endurance is important to help players recover faster between games, difficult training sessions, or – if you talk specifically about match situations – then these high-intensity exchanges during the game.
- Interval Running. The first variation of normal jogging you should start with is interval running. ...
- Circuit Training. But as you know, in a football match you're doing more than running. ...
- Cone Runs. ...
- Nutrition, water, sleep & recovery. ...
- Get as much game time as possible.

speed
why is it important?
speed
SPEED IN FUTBOL
- The term speed is used for multiple purposes in football. Generally, it is used for sprint running speed which describes how fast a player can run over a certain distance. However, it is also used to express something quick, explosive and abrupt in action.
- In football, speed is important for players to get to the ball or to make sudden changes of direction during a play. Agility: The ability to change direction quickly and efficiently. This is important in football as players need to be able to quickly react to changes in the game and make split-second decisions.
30M SPRINT TEST
06
HOW DOES IT HELP
30m sprint
30m sprint is very used in various sports, this helps to measure your speed and ability to accelerate as shown in the link bellow,,l it is very efective and reliable, this is important because it shows us how this test can help us to improve our time taken to reach maximum speed
The test involves running a single maximum sprint over 30 meters, with the time recorded. A thorough warm up should be given, including some practice starts and accelerations. Start from a stationary position, with one foot in front of the other. The front foot must be on or behind the starting line.
My results
then, I got a 6.8 in my multistage fitness test, but this was due to a muscular injury ihad during the weeekend in my footbal match, in my opinion this is a poor result, and i think that if i repeat it i would get a higher result
My personal Record in this tests
firstly, I got 17.11 in the illinois test which is average, in my opinion i think i can improve this result by making an improvement in my agility level by training it with a higher intensity.
lastly I run 30m in 4.55 seconds, in my opinion this isnt a bad result but i think with practiece i can improve my sprinting ability, that i think is a very important feature for my position (left wing & stricker)
