Edio Spinning……. What do I do?
CCA Teachers & Guidance Counselors
We have all been in the situation where we go to log in to Edio and we get the spinning loading icon. Many times, we are left wondering if the problem is with our computer, the internet or Edio itself. Below is a link you can use to see the status of Edio and other CCA supported technology components. Save this link to your bookmarks tab to easily check the status.
Login to your Caretaker edio account1. Scroll down to Student’s name2. Click on the little down arrow next to your student’s name3. Click Profile (opens a new page)4. Click the word Circle5. You will see a list of your Student’s Teachers, Guidance Counselor, Assistant Principal, and Principal

Field Trips
What socialization opportunities do CCA kiddos have? That is one of the most asked questions I get as a family mentor. CCA has an entire department focused on making sure our kiddos have ample opportunities to meet andsocialize with each other. Field trip coordinators across the state are constantly looking for the next fun thing for us to do. Clubs are a great way for your students to get to know other students that have the same interests. Clubs will appear in the communities tab starting in October. Ask your student to look through the clubs and find something that would interest them,
All field trips from December-April are now posted. Monday, March 4, 2024: May field trips posted-------- To register for a field trip, simply login into your Caretaker EDIO account and click on the Communities tab. Take some time to explore the oppurtunites available to your family. CCA families are eligible to register for any fields trips throughout the state.

Evening Support Rooms
Throughout their years here at CCA students will at some point find themselves in need of extra assistance with understandingcoursework. CCA offers evening supportroomsEvening support rooms are available Monday through Thursdayfrom 4 PM to 7 PM. Elementary (K-5) & Middle School (6-8)
- Grade-level support that is offered in a Live Classroom.
High School (9-12)
- Math or English support
- Call 1 800-481-6227
- Math extension: 11930
- Language Arts extension: 11932
