Happy Spring Old Colony Community, Let’s hope March comes and leaves like a lamb. As always, this will be a busy time in academics, vocational programs and extracurricular activities. With the coming of Spring, it means the sports fields will be teeming with athletes. Games under the lights will resume and our Lacrosse, Softball and Baseball teams will be vying for league titles and beyond. We wish them luck. It will be hard to match the success of our winter athletes as the boys basketball team and our wrestling co-op both won league titles and earned state tournament qualification. Congratulations to players and coaches. Our Pro-Start Management Team will be heading to Nationals in April after an amazing performance last week in Foxboro. Our AP students are preparing to take their AP Exams. I would like to share how proud we are for their efforts as well. At our morning assembly we recognized these and others for their achievements. Mr. Linehan followed up the accolades with a message to all staff and students that “ when one of us succeeds, we all succeed.” Please enjoy this month’s edition of the Newsletter where we highlight all the exciting goings on at Old Colony. Be Well, Mr. Parker
