This process will give everyone within this programme the ability to identify when change is happening and to raise it via the jira ticketing system. Once logged, the change will be reviewed and accepted by both the ai and CKE teams so that we consistently remain aligned on the changes, their impact and the accountability.

The idea of 'change' within the CKE programme can take many forms, such as an estimate changing or the scope changing and this is a recurring aspect of Agile. The purpose of this new process is to identify ‘change’ as it happens in order for us to manage the impact of change better together.
