We will lay to rest General Napoleon Bonaparte in a mock funeral. A variety of historical figures and members of 19th century European society will pay their last respects to the Emperor of the once Grand Empire.

STEP 2 : To pay your last respects to General Napoleon Bonaparte, prepare to present your project to the body of Napoleon (Choose from one of the options ont he choice board, below). You should be in full character at the funeral. If Napoleon was a good friend of yours, or impacted your life in a positive manner, you should be sad to see him go – act it! If you really didn’t like him… well… act that too! Dressing in character for the funeral is HIGHLY encouraged. You may dress in all black clothing if you choose not to dress as your character.

- Brief group biography. Those who are not specific historical characters will have to create much of their character, as long as it is within reasonable limits and is not inaccurate of the time period.
- What are your character/s general political beliefs?
- Did they like Napoleon or not? Why?
- How did Napoleon impact their life, or if they are a ghost - their legacy?
- What will your character/s remember of Napoleon?
