Pengertian Mengelola Kelas
Pengelolaan kelas merupakan keterampilan guru dalam menciptakan dan memelihara kondisi pembelajaran yang kondusif dan mengembalikan kondisi pembelajaran apabila kondisi pembelajaran tersebut telah terganggu atau tidak kondusif.
- Menciptakan dan memelihara kondisi belajar yang kondusif.
- Mengembalikan kondisi belajar yang tidak kondusif.
- Mendorong siswa mengembangkan tanggung jawab individu terhadap tingkah lakunya.
- Membangun siswa untuk mengerti tingkah laku yang sesuai dengan tata tertib kelas,dan memahami bahwa teguran guru merupakan sebuah teguran,dan bukan kemarahan.
- Menimbulkan rasa berkewajiban melibatkan diri dalam tugas serta bertingkah laku yang sesuai dengan aktivitas kelas.
