What animal is it?

This wonderful animal is the red fox, scientifically known as Vulpes vulpes, it is one of the carnivorous mammals around the world.

Is it big or small?

It is a relatively small mammal, weighing between 3 and 14 kilograms.

What colour is it?

The red fox has generally red-orange fur, although its coloration can vary from light yellow to deep red. They have white fur on their bellies, chin, and throat, and often have black markings on their paws and around their ears.
