Embodying ethnicities
  • Cavaliers were able to volunteer beforehand for the cultural fashion show through previous IBHS meetings.

Kicking off a night of ease
  • Leading up to this moment, the event finally begun.
  • Doors opened, and the IBHS check in committee led by student volunteers welcomed guests in.

  • Wristbands were only distributed if guests payed for a ticket beforehand or at the door.
Handling the meals
  • IBHS board members went out to collect food donations made by several restaurants and chains.
  • These generous donations provided guests with an assortment to choose from.
  • Additional students brought extra donations from home or grocery stores for food and refreshments.

  • They came to the ultimate decision to separate into groups based on their assigned volunteering committees.
  • Board members in charge of different committees decided where they wanted their volunteers to show up.
Extra helping hands
  • After finishing their classes at CGHS, IBHS members apart of the setup committee made their way to the museum.
  • Working hard, the set-up committee helped out with starting touches on everything, ranging from tablecloths and centerpieces to setting up food racks and bringing food.
The night came to an end
  • The final songs came on, welcoming Cavaliers to exit the museum.
  • The clean up committee got to work and started picking up.
  • As the event ended, board members expressed gratitude to guests for their support and appearances.
A Sucessful Fundraiser
  • The Clean-up committee made sure everything was spotless.
  • IBHS board members checked for finishing touches and made sure everyone left before leaving.
  • Bridge for Peace raised over $9,000, all which will be donated to the Linda Ray Intervention Center.
Starting off the day strong
  • IBHS board members left Gables with all the supplies they needed to set up.
  • After loading everything into cars, they set off towards their destination.
