Molise
Si trova nel sud Italia.Fino al 1963, il Molise faceva parte dell'Abruzzo.Poi, nel 1970, si staccò dall'Abruzzo e divenne una regione autonoma. è la regione piu piccola d'Italia dopo la Valle d'Aosta.
Il Molise è raggiungibile comodamente in treno o in auto. Non ci sono aeroporti, ma dagli scali più vicini (Roma, Napoli o Pescara) sono attivi collegamenti via terra con la regione.

Basilica Santuario di Maria Santissima Addolorata
Uno dei siti più importanti del Molise è il Santuario di Maria Santissima Addolorata.La Vergine Maria apparve la prima volta il 22 marzo 1888 a due pastorelle di nome Serafina e Bibiana. A questa prima apparizione ne seguirono altre e, in seguito al riconoscimento di tale fenomeno, Papa Paolo VI ha proclamato Maria Santissima Addolorata di Castelpetroso patrona del Molise il 6 dicembre 1973.
Sepino museo archeologico
Un altro sito importante da visitare in Molise, è il museo archeologico di Sepino.La peculiarità del Museo consiste nel raccogliere reperti rinvenuti direttamente all’interno dell’area archeologica in cui è collocato o dal territorio circostante. Il materiale va dall’età preistorica fino al Medioevo. Si può visitare tutti i giorni dalle 08:15 alle 18:45
Specialità Molisane
Tra i prodotti tipici del Molise si trovano insaccati come il Capocollo, il Capofreddo, la Coppa, i Ciccioli, la Salsiccia di fegato di maiale ma anche formaggi come il Caciocavallo. Il piatto tipico molisano è La PAMPANELLA: filetto di maiale, cucinato con abbondante aglio e peperoncino.
