The italian grip
The Italian grip of the foil is a historical grip that is no longer used in modern fencing. It was characterized by a particular shape that made it different from the anatomical and French grips used today.
Advantages:
Control: The Italian grip offered good control over the foil.
Power: The shape of the grip allowed for greater power to be applied to the thrusts.
Disadvantages:
Comfort: The Italian grip could be less comfortable than modern grips.
Precision: The shape of the Italian grip could make it more difficult to be precise with the thrusts.
This is for sabre but it can be also for the others.
Is not usually give this tag, but you are expelled . It can be given after some important problem.
Black tag
Is just a warning, and often it is given for unimportant rules.
