Use of social media

I N P O R T U G A L

equivalente a 780 milhões.

In Portugal, the number of people present on social networks corresponds to 90.6%,

This excessive use is due, in general, to low self-esteem, personal dissatisfaction, lack of affection or, in more serious cases: depression

Although social networks serve as a distraction, there are also negative impacts such as social isolation, sedentary lifestyle, addiction and difficulties in interaction

In addition to these causes, there is cyberbullying.
