Gotas de sudán III a cada MUESTRA.

Moléculas orgánicas que incluyen grasas, aceites, fosfolípidos, entre otros. Son fundamentales para la estructura celular, el almacenamiento de energía

Los lípidos, en contacto con el sudán III, se torna en color rojo.

ESPERAR

OBSERVAR

Si toda la muestra se tiñe de rojo tiene lípidos (positivo).

Dejar reposar unos minutos.
