After passing the initial interview, all VA candidates go through our company orientation where the policies are discussed. They also go through a two-day overview of different practice areas and VA tasks.

Near-Hire Training

Once you've chosen your virtual assistant, Legal Soft will then provide additional training based on your tools, practice area, and any SOPs provided.

Client-Specific Training

After completing the first two levels of training, our virtual assistants dive into a focused five-day program tailored to their role. This in-depth training equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary for their chosen law practice and role.
