Sample work: Brightspace LMS Training Programme for Programme Support Administrators (PSAs) at Bournemouth UniversityDue to internal staff mobility, either vertically or laterally, for career transitions or career development, PSA turnover is quite high, which means the university regularly recruits new PSAs annually. There was no existing training programme for administrators, so this programme aims to bridge that gap.

Sample work: Supporting a neuroinclusive workforce: An introduction to neurodiversityThis e-module promotes a positive perspective on diversity by highlighting the unique strengths and contributions that neurodivergent individuals bring to the workplace. Celebrating diversity fosters a culture where differences are seen as assets rather than challenges.
