We are specialists in automotive training. Leading automotive and mobility brands trust MSX to conceptualize, develop, deliver and manage their training operations. Our MSX proposal revolves around three pivotal pillars: Training Content Development, Training Delivery Across Multiple Markets, and Support to Learners within the Learning Management System (LMS). These pillars form the cornerstone of our approach, ensuring tailored content to VinFast, global reach, and personalized support for an unparalleled learning experience.
Developing high-quality training content is foundational to ensuring the effectiveness of the learning experience. Tailored content that aligns with VinFast objectives and the learners' needs fosters engagement and comprehension. It serves as the backbone of the training program, providing a structured framework for knowledge acquisition and skill development.
Delivering training across multiple markets ensures consistency and scalability, regardless of geographical or cultural differences. By adapting delivery methods to suit diverse audiences, we can effectively reach and engage learners.
Providing robust support to learners within the Learning Management System (LMS) is essential for optimizing their learning journey. COntent DEVELOPMENT - MSX 3ix3e RULE
Training content development and adaptation requires a combination of creativity and discipline, which is an important principle of our development approach. We aim to create training content in line with the MSX 3ix3e Rule, ensuring that the content is well-placed to deliver the Ultimate Learning Experience. Check out in the next slides about our 3ix3e rule.
Our instructional design approach is future-fit and learner-centric. We design training content in line with the MSX 3ix3e Rule – this enables us to develop Engaging, Entertaining and Enlightening content that makes the learning experience Immersive, Interactive and Interesting.
Our training adaptation and development process takes into consideration the preferences of the modern learner, as well as the demands of the business. Our instructional designers and content design teams are supported by robust processes to conceptualize, develop and adapt training content with speed, creativity and efficiency.

Training delivery - how to ensure a top-notch quality at the points of sale?
Training Delivery is the central pivot of success in this engagement. High quality training delivery is central to delivering the Ultimate Learning Experience that we aspire for. High-quality training delivery is a result of deploying qualified, experienced and motivated trainers who feel a deep connection with the VinFast brand, its heritage and its ambition. Our deep experience identifying, recruiting, engaging and supporting trainers to give their best to every training session brings tremendous value to our engagement with VinFast, Check out on the next slides how MSX ensures a top quality training delivery.
Given our deep experience in the automotive training domain, MSX subject matter experts have designed the MSX Training Delivery Standards. These are the guidelines to ensure trainer readiness. The MSX Training Delivery Standards guide our activities in the area of delivery excellence and trainer engagement.

A combination of well-defined standards and tools that must be used by every trainer in any MSX training session ensure a high-quality training delivery predictably and consistently. We will ensure that trainers are equipped with, and make full use of the MSX Delivery Excellence Toolkit whether they are delivering in-person training or virtual training.
1. Dress Code Trainers are required to comply with dress code norms in line with the standards and values of the brand they are representing. In line with vision, our trainers will ensure they represent the VinFast brand appropriately. 2. Brand Behaviors Trainers need to lead from the front when it comes to bringing the brand’s values to life. Our trainers will be aligned with the VinFast brand values, and will live this in their behavior in every training session, setting an example for learners to do the same in their roles. 3. Delivery Excellence Finally, all MSX trainers are required to ensure that their training delivery is in line with the design of the program, and achieves the learning outcomes set forth in the program design. Trainers are encouraged to make the sessions interesting and interactive.

SUPPORT TO THE LEARNERS
As the nerve center of the training operation, the LMS Ecosystem (SABA) is the hub of learner data, as well as the main repository of qualification paths and learning content. It is also a source of powerful data. When this data is leveraged correctly, it can deliver superior outcomes in terms of learner experience and return on training investment. Check out on the next slides how we envisage the support to the learners and all the activities related to the level 1 support team.
Our focus will be on Availability, Accessibility, Attractiveness and Actuality of the VinFast LMS. Combined with excellent support to learners in line with our vision of delivering the Ultimate Learning Experience, the following four pillars will define our approach.
We identify key tasks in managing and maintaining the LMS ecosystem to sit in the areas of ‘Learner’, ‘Course’ and ‘Features’. Within these areas our LMS administrators will engage learners using tailored communication, set up sessions, maintain the course catalog, drive session enrolment to achieve utilization targets and enable LMS self-service.

elearning development & delivery
eLearning development has been one of the major services provided within our Learning solutions business pillar. With the expertise of Instructional Designers and Web Developers, we suggest the development of short-medium WBT packages (20-25 minutes), focusing on the key aspects of the Products (VF8, VF7 and VF6) and highlighting the key facts around VinFast history, its DNA, values, mission and vision (as part of the DNA package). We suggest the development of the eLearnings using Articulate Storyline/Rise as one of the trusted authoring tools in the learning market.

All the modules developed will be SCORM-compliant to be uploaded and hosted in VinFast LMS (SABA).
Engagement in eLearning is fostered through interactive content, personalized learning experiences and opportunities for active participation (challenges, practical exercises).
Reusing VinFast assets in eLearning packages ensures consistency and strengthens brand identity across different learning materials.
The eLearning packages will serve as a foundational prerequisite for the F2F sessions, offering preparatory knowledge and allowing for deeper engagement during in-person sessions,

F2F Sessions
As stated in the previous sections, regarding F2F delivery, a combination of well-defined standards and tools that must be used by every trainer in any MSX training session ensure a high-quality training delivery predictably and consistently. Every trainer is prepared to deeply understand the learning objectives of each specific training and how to also represent the brand value during the sessions.

Interactive Demonstrations
Although we expect very small groups (as the delivery will be in-person in the dealers), MSX trainers will encourage discussion, group activities and peer-to-peer interactions to foster a collaborative learning environment, enabling trainees to share experiences and learn from one another.
Hands-on experiences and live demonstrations of the VF products to enhance understanding and retention (this is crucial, especially as the sessions will be static - without Test&Drive activities).
As explained in the previous slide, learners should complete the WBT before attending the F2F session. By doing that, they will have acquired the required theory so we can focus on practical aspects during the in-person session.

SUPPORT TO LEARNERS - KEY TO THE SUCCESS!
Our commitment to supporting learners using SABA, the Learning Management System (LMS) adopted by VinFast is paramount to fostering a conducive learning environment. Through personalized assistance, access to resources, and interactive engagement, we ensure learners receive the guidance they need to excel in their training journey. MSX will allocate a Full-time dedicated resource for this support activity, working directly with the dedicated Project Manager.

Providing seamless access to a diverse range of learning materials and resources within the LMS enables learners to supplement their knowledge and skills at their own pace, promoting continuous improvement and self-directed learning.
This support team will play a vital part in the success of the project as being the focal point to anything related to LMS, eLearning modules or requirements to attend the F2F sessions. Language used will be English and contacts will be made by phone or email.
Tailored guidance and support services within the LMS empower learners to navigate challenges effectively, fostering a sense of individualized attention and enhancing overall learning outcomes. Follow-up on eLearning completions, knowledge tests and etc will be key.

Our proposal responds to the 4 major services requested by VinFast: development of the eLearning modules (including the language variations), development and delivery of the Core Training (in VCT + Shop Visits), Development and Delivery of the F2F sessions and the support to the learners (a fixed structure including a Project Management team). Find below the full investment for the entire project and on the next slides, a breakdown per service (and what's included per service):

eLearning development and delivery 147.800 euros
- including the development o f the 4 eLearning modules (EN) - VinFast DNA, VF8, VF7 and VF6 - 20-25 minutes - SCORM-package ready to upload into LMS (SABA) - translation and programming in the language variations (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch). - this activity will be made available to the 22 markets, including 13 Direct Showrooms and 102 Indirect dealers.

CORE TRAINING - 70.500 euros
- development of 2 Virtual Classroom sessions (presentation estimated at a duration of 90 minutes)1. VinFast DNA (90 minutes - 26 sessions) 2. Product & Competitors (90 minutes - 26 sessions) - Delivery of the required sessions using a virtual tool (Teams or Zoom), including interactivity elements as Mentimeter (to ask questions, ask for feedback from the participants) - 2 F2F New Product Shop Visits:1. VF6 (1 day - 13 sessions) 2. VF7 (1 day - 13 sessions) - Static presentation - Customer needs and relationship focus - When possible, including test-drive (when not possible, including tips and videos to run efficient test drive) - Not including vehicle transfer from locations. 3 markets: France, Netherlands & Germany 13 direct showrooms 4 languages: English, French, Dutch and German

- Including a full-time Project Manager, responsible for the alignment, follow-up and governance of the project - one full-time Training Administrator, in charge of the support to the learners regarding access to the LMS, to the eLearning modules, follow-up of completion - local Project management in the markets.
