A lot of people think that going to school is useless,here are some reasons why school is important
- school facilitates learning
- school teaches personal responsabilities
- students develop reading and writing skills
- school opens up career options
- school prepares students for the future
- school teaches critical thinking
SUMMARY OF THE BOOK
Wonder by R.J.Palacio tells the story of August Pullman, a young boy with facial disability .August started school at middle school because his parents were afraid that August would be bullied,before middle shool August's mother homeschooled him.At the beginning of the school August had some problems but after a while he entered everyone's heart.This book talks prejudice,not about judging a book by its cover ,and it's about the fundamental role of family on a teenager.
AUGUST'S OPINION ABOUT SCHOOL
BEFORE
At first, August wasn't very sure about going to school because he was very afraid that people inside the school would have judged him.
AFTER
after August was satisfied with the choice to go to school because he was able to socialize with other boys of his age, being able to understand that he also has great values.
OUR OPINIONS ABOUT SCHOOL
I think that school is a very important period for each of us, not so much for the subjects but mostly for the friendships that you will carry with you throughout your life, also for the life teachings that the teachers give to us.
