GPS Roles

Participants - up to ten of your team members. Participants work in pairs and share a Guide.

Customers - improvisational actor playing the role of a stakeholder.

Guides - our coaches that supports and encourages the participant.

• Welcomes everyone
• Review goals and processes
• Introduces Guides

Round 1

Participants and Guide meet in Round 1 Zoom session

• Guide establishes rapport with Participants
• Group reviews case file together

Round 1

Participant engages in the first of two interactions with Customer.

Participants and Guide debrief the first interaction.
