INVOLVE THE WHOLE TEAM
- Create huddle plans
- Establish weekly training/CEI focuses (based on new Atticus uploads, upcoming campaigns, store opportunities)
- In order to establish consistency and to form good habits
- Use performance trackers to give feedback throughout and at the end of their shifts
- BOH & VM lead a weekly huddle
- Specalists/generalists given opportunity to lead huddles on areas they show interest or specialise in (e.g. running, sustainability)
- Whole management team gives input to weekly huddle plans and training focus

- Team challenges on weekends – most adiclub sign-ups/NPS responses etc
- Updated CEI observation checklist to help give feedback
- Create a digital training tracker document to log individual training and follow-up on progress
- More frequent TBs to discuss training needs
